Nationwide Warranty Procedure

All Northern Battery products are warranted anywhere in North America.

We recommend all charging and load testing of batteries be performed by a battery or automotive service professional. Take safety precautions when handling and charging batteries. Gloves and protective eyewear are recommended. If convenient, take battery to the original dealer or any Northern Battery warehouse location for assistance.

The free replacement or pro rata credit will be determined by the months of battery usage and by the warranty coverage of each battery.

Full credit is issued only on batteries that fail within the free replacement period.
